 When April came to us, she had no poker background, no dealing experience, and no exposure to poker room operations. From the ground up, she learned poker fundamentals, professional dealing mechanics, and the full rhythm of a live game—game flow, chip handling, and table control—along with poker room etiquette and strong player interaction. Most importantly, she built real confidence in the dealer box. Today, she’s a newly licensed dealer, actively dealing live games, and taking the next big step by opening a poker room in Park City at The Scotsman.
